The exciting Delphis line rolled into production in the early 1960’s and the 1970’s Aegean ware lines were introduced, each piece hand painted with extensive use of rich flowing colors popular to the day, the browns, oranges and yellows gave weighty bold color to the unique abstract designs.
Poole Pottery became the home of many prolific ceramic visionaries with a key role in the mid-century art and design movement.
THIS IS A SET OF TWO!!!
each measuring 3 1/2"tall and 4 3/4"diameter at the top -
The yellow planter is MARKED #72 AND Signed as shown on pic with X Xt - although not sure who this is attributed to.
AND
The orange planter is MARKED #72 ANDSigned: Poole, AF, Andree Fontana for Poole c. 1973-79 condition appears to be perfect but on very careful exxamination there is a hairline crack in the inside glaze on one side toward the top rim - not visible on the outside - but WHY the value for the two pots is at this GREAT PRICE accounting for this condition.

Buyer PAYS the SHIPPING cost.
PLEASE email me to gladly reserve an item while I quickly get you a shipping quote - then only one paypal transaction is necessary (if you do purchase without a shipping amount that is fine but then you will need to complete a second shipping payment following the quote) - sorry but with such a variety of items and multiple buys the quotes are specific to the unique order and each customer so impossible to pre-determine - it may take a little longer but it is to find you the best (multiple buy) shipping rates.
I ship on Wednesdays of each week.
As I offer vintage merchandise all sales are final but if you are not happy please contact me.
