Framed original papercutting, Edition 1/2
This is an original design, edition one of two, hand-cut papercutting of a stylized praying angel with flowing hair and outstretched wings. I designed this papercutting from a sketch I made, and I cut it by hand with an x-acto knife.
This piece is matted and framed to 11"x14". The frame is dull silver metallic, double mat is pale robin's-egg blue-green and pale orange-cream , the cutting itself is done in a white cold-press watercolor paper, and the background behind the cutting is a hand-painted original watercolor painting in yellow, blues, tan, and pinks. The watermark is on the photos only, not on the actual piece.
