The quoted shipping rate is via First Class Mail to the West Coast and include delivery confirmation. If you live closer to New York, your shipping may be less. If the difference between actual shipping and quoted shipping is more than $1, I will refund that amount to your PayPal account. I am happy to combine shipping on multiple orders.
New York state residents will be charged state and county sales tax on the cost of the item plus shipping and handling.
