THE YARN
The RAPUNZEL IN IVORY HAT is been hand knit from a quality yarn mix of 25% Alpaca, 35% Merino Wool and 40% Acrylic. Great sustainable yarn, lovely to touch and for wear. Compared to the first hat in this collection, the http://www.etsy.com/listing/86716014/jolly-white-wool-winter-hat-with-braids, this yarn is more thick, more consistent and dense.
Soft, warm and fine, nice to touch and cozy to wear. Good news – the yarn is machine washable!
SIZES
The white RAPUNZEL TRESSES HAT fits head circle of 20.47 to 22.83 inches (or 52 to 58 cm).
The braids are long around 35.82 inches (91 cm).
CARE
This hat should be washed by hand at the washing machine at 86°F (30°C).
I always recommend the hand washing for wool hand knit items. It will better preserve the shape of your item. Use wool shampoo as Purlan or Perwoll or any other brand. Do not twist, but gently squeeze the hat. Dry flat on a towel. Do not bleach. Do not iron. THANKS!
