CUSTOM SIZES: Any size can be made to order! See below for pricing on some standard sizes (costs do not cover other custom design or color changes):
COLOR CHANGES: Yes! I can do that. Custom color ranges from $10-$20, depending on complexity and how exact you want the color matched (I can get very close, but cannot guarantee an exact match).
CUSTOM DESIGNS: Changes in the overall design are subject to a design fee. The amount depends on the extent of the changes.
On all custom orders, please allow about 2 full extra weeks before your order ships. If you are desperate to get it faster, let me know and I'll see what I can do :)
Items ship via USPS 1-4 days from when you place your order (if it's in stock). If you need your item by a certain time, please let me know and I will do everything I can. Most items ship First Class, which takes about 3-5 days from the time I mail it (no guarantees). Priority mail is an additional $2 if you need it faster. Items ship from Spokane Valley, Washington.
I try to keep my shipping costs as low as possible (it generally costs me more to ship an item than what I charge). For this reason the cost displayed does NOT INCLUDE TRACKING or insurance. If the postal service loses or damages your item, I will reship it to you for no extra charge (don't worry; so far this has only happened once). If you would like tracking information, please let me know before you make your purchase and I will simply add it to the shipping cost ($1 extra).
If you prefer a mail carrier other than the Postal Service, let me know and we can work it out.
GIFTS: Gifts are special and I want them to look that way! If you are sending an item directly to a gift recipient, I will be happy to gift wrap an item for you FREE OF CHARGE if you just let me know :)
