I love these colours they remind me of the intricate jade carvings seen in one of my favourite little shops. I've added copper spirals to the design to add texture and detail.
This brooch is entirely handmade by myself in my small North Yorkshire Studio. It is a compIetely one of a kind statement item and would make a great gift or treat for someone. Each component part was carefully made and fully digitally annealed before I assembled the whole piece. I employed and adapted techniques taught by the wonderfully talented Sara Sally LeGrand.
The brooch measures approx 90mm by 60mm to widest points.
