It's about 1 3/4" (4.4 cm) long from the 6mm wide ear cuff (silver-plated) to the bottom of the leaf charm. The leaf is a silver-colored metal and the beads are wood.
This can be worn in either ear and isn't pierced; the cuff just slides onto the cartilage of the ear.
Note: the mannequin's head and ear are a bit smaller than life-sized, so the earring will look slightly smaller on you. This looks large, but it's actually quite light.
No two wood beads are exactly alike and since they're natural, there could be some slight bumps or scuffs in the beads.
