It's a gorgeous flowy chiffon, with a floral, almost tie-dye print- it's a little bit sheer and it feels just amazing. I recommend wearing it with a bodysuit, or tight shorts underneath. It's a great layering piece! It has a slit for ease of movement, and the waistband is black elastic for an extremely comfy fit.
