This beautiful wooden hare decoration has been hand carved and painted by Robert Hume, a wildlife artist living in rural Suffolk, England.
Inspired by the beauty of British wildlife, this original decoration has been painted using fine oil paint which adds texture and depth to the piece.
Nutty and conker browns and the odd splash of white have been used to create an original and magical looking decoration.
The hare comes with cranberry coloured twine for hanging purposes. The twine can easily be removed if you decide not to hang the hare or to use it as a template for your own wildlife project.
The back of the hare is unpainted.
