High waisted waistband made out of 100% pre-washed silk, closes with a 7" invisible zipper.
The skirt is made out of burnt out organza and velvet, and has a band of 100% pre-washed silk at the hem.
The inside linning is made out of black suiting linning and everything is completely clean, a high-fashion, designer item from the inside out.
