This size ships separately, in a tube for it's protection.
Upon arrival, take it out of the tube, keep it in the protective sleeve, and put a few heavy books on top to flatten it before framing.
The paper is gorgeous and does not need matting, although if you prefer to fancy it up with some special framing and matting, by all means go for it!
