3.5mm x 1.75mm, modified comfort fit
18k gold ~ yellow, white or rose
pipe / flat profile
gentle waterfall hammering
three 1.7mm round diamonds: VS clarity, F color
satin finish (or polished)
This elegant ring is crafted from hand-milled stock approximately 3.5mm wide and 1.75mm thick. Dan has gently hammered it in our waterfall hammering style and has "gypsy-set" or "flush-set" three sparkling high quality diamonds at even intervals around the band. The diamonds are 1.7mm rounds and are full of fire -- VS clarity and F color. And because they are set evenly around the band, you are assured of always being able to see one of the diamonds at the top.
Your band will be made entirely by hand. Dan will hand-roll an ingot of gold that he has alloyed in his shop and he will finish it to your preference. And because the metal is cold-worked, bands like this one are stronger and denser than bands that are cast.
This listing covers up to size 7. Size 7.25 and above, please contact us for pricing.
We can make this band for you in any width, any size; and we can make it in any of the following metals:
* 14k gold: X1 white, palladium white, rose, or yellow
* 18k gold: X1 white, palladium white, rose, or royal yellow
* 21k yellow gold
If you would like to customize the dimensions or metal of this band, please contact us for a quote.
REGARDING WHITE GOLD & PALLADIUM: we typically make our white gold bands with X1 alloy, which renders the bands extremely white and durable, with no need to rhodium plate. We also are able to make the bands in palladium white gold, which is softer and a bit greyer in color than nickel white gold, but warmer in color than X1 white gold. Palladium 950 is an alternative to platinum, but softer than X1 white gold. The hard qualities of X1 white gold make it an especially good choice for a man's wedding band.
