These seeds are for growing your own healthy and yummy sprouts. Growing your own sprouts is very easy and rewarding. Without dirt or sunlight, you can have a fresh and continuous supply of nutritious sprouts at your fingertips. Start growing your own with a 32 oz. wide mouth mason jar and a screen lid, or sprouting bag. A 1 oz. package of dry seeds will yield approximately 6 oz. of sprouts. Use 1 TB of seed per jar to produce approximately 3-4 oz. of sprouts in one week.
Because I also grow sprouts and sell at my local farmers market every weekend, all my sprout seed is continuously rotated and personally tested by me throughout the year. For obvious reasons, I only sell seed that has excellent germination rates. Buy with confidence!
