This item was hand sculpted with hot-glue and tin foil as sculpting compounds. Newspaper was also used for bulking up larger areas of the head. The teeth were hand sculpted out of polymer clay. Then the entire piece was painted with acrylic paints, and finished with a matte varnish to give the piece a slight shinny look. The hair is unraveled jute twine which was hot-glued to the head. The head measures 7 inches high, and 4.75 inches wide in front view; it is 6.5 inches wide in profile view. It is slightly smaller than life-size. With the wooden stand, the piece is 13.75 inches high. The base of the stand is ½ inch ply-wood, and measures 5.5 inches by 5.5 inches. The head is permanently mounted onto it.
