Steampunk hat was as much fun to make as it is to wear. It is a top hat meant to sit atop the head Steampunk style, off to the side, with a felt base covered in red roses ribbon. I added the gear automaton bird for good measure. Hat measures 6 inches wide and is a mini top hat, meant to be worn on top of the head, Steampunk style.
