Five Coors Porcelain Lab Vessels 1920s, Design at MoMA
From AntiquesRPenineGreen
A set of FIVE COORS PORCELAIN LABORATORY VESSELS from the 1920s. Coors porcelain has been making these forever, and this particular design is even included in the design greats at the Museum of Modern Art in NY. You can see why, it's so simple and elegant, useful too. I collect these myself, just for display and I also use them for serving sauces or nuts and olives, anything. This is a set of five similar sized, 3 inch diameter not including the pouring spout, and 1 1/4 inches high. They are as is, I have not washed them, but of course do wash them well before using for food, as these really were used in science laboratories. I love the pure delicate whiteness of these beautiful vessels.
