Less Than Perfect Issues: there are a few tiny snags below the V of the center back seam, and there are a few more near the hem, where there is a mar in the lace, about an inch across. It could be mended pretty easily; it's difficult to see without inspecting for it.
Quick mend? and this is perfect for a festive, colorful, holiday rendevous, or plan ahead now for a special Valentine's surprise.
Estimated 1950s vintage, however could be late 1940s possibly; sometime after 1947, certainly.
