Although it looks sophisticated and chick, it's rather easy to make.
Pattern is written using US crochet terms and I've also included a handwritten chart for pattern stitch.
DIMENSIONS of purse when laid flat:
Height: 23 cm (9")
Width on top of the bag: 19 cm (7 1/2")
Width on the bottom: 24 cm (9 1/4")
NEEDED MATERIALS:
• 3 skeins of cotton yarn in DK weight (I used Rowan Handknit Cotton, 50 g = 94 yards /86 m)
• 3,0 mm crochet hook (D in USA)
• 3,5 mm crochet hook (E or 4 in USA)
• sewing thread and needle
• button
• various glass beads (4 mm)
• satin ribbon
STITCHES: (US terms):
* chain
* slip stitch
* single crochet
* double crochet
