vintage Art Deco ring / 1930s jewelry / MARRY ME

An Art Deco costume ring with a solitaire, engagement-style setting. The setting is sterling silver and the band is elegant, with vertical casting on the shoulders and two small flowers framing the feature stone. The decorative casting wraps around the top and bottom of the band, giving it a pleasing texture and finish. The clear glass feature stone is foil-backed in a cup-shaped setting, held in place with four double-armed prongs. There is wear to the stone, although its overall shape and position is not compromised. Tarnish on the ring consistent with age.
