This colorful eyeglass holder is made with beads made by women in Uganda who are part of an organization called "Bead for Life". This organization has provided income for Ugandan women and their families in an attempt to eradicate poverty. Many of these women are HIV-positive widows and refugees from a brutal civil war, and many care for AIDS orphans. 100% of the money used to purchase these beads went back into the organization.

These colorful dark brown and turquoise beads are made from recycled paper. This eyeglass holder incorporates these beautiful paper beads with various sizes and colors of matching seed beads. Strung on flexible beading wire. Attaches to eyeglass earpieces with silver and black elastic eyeglass holders with silver wire guardians. Length is 26".
