Original drawing is done in acrylic and charcoal pencil. It was part of my fashion illustration project "The Crossroads of Style".
Beautiful, vibrant colors. The idea behind this painting is to use bold colors to accentuate the heavy jewelry often used by wealthy nomadic women.
The Crossroads of Style - In this project, I wish to create a complete nomadic atmosphere in my illustrations not through the settings and artifacts but through costumes and poses. I wish to utilize varieties of costumes to show the lives that the nomads from different corners of the world live. By redesigning the garments, accessories, hair styles and make-up, I hope to transform the traditional nomadic costumes into modern fashion. This archival giclee print is printed on 100% cotton fiber, acid and lignin free Fine Art Cold press paper with archival ink. It has a museum quality appearance.

Prints are sold unmatted and UNFRAMED. They are wrapped in acid-free white tissue paper and mailed flat in a stiff photo mailer.
