All the cams are inside, just change the dials. There are 8 stitch patterns: Zigzag, Arrowhead, Icicle, Lightning, Sierra, Domino, Scallop, and Tack Stitch. All the parts move easily, hardly used! The machine is in excellent. The instruction manual is also in excellent condition! The original case is in fair condition.
