simple.
Here is how it was made: hand-scalloped edges, hand-punched organic lace design, small trinity of bean sprout medallions which were tooled from 3/4 oz. tooling leather and given a warm copper antique in the crevices. The beans are painted gold and the roots and leaves a warm winter white.
One sweet tagua nut button in richest amber red sewn on to last forever with tiny nickel rivets on either side of the button hole to ensure it doesn't stretch out over time
One side of the elk hide left raw, a wild reminder of soulful intent.
As far as measurement goes, this fits as would a 20 inch long necklace: you can wear it any way you like, it's open to interpretation. I have a feeling the woman who owns this piece surely knows exactly how it'll go.
I cannot wait to see who she is, she of wildness and warmth!!
