Made with food-safe glazes, single glaze fired to cone 6, this plate can be used in the microwave, or warmed in the oven with food on it (place plate in cold oven, turn on so it warms slowly to avoid thermal shock) and can be used in the dishwasher, although hand-washing hand-made is always a good idea.
