The condition is fair; with a spot on the back (see pics) that might wash out ( I have not washed this item; I do not want to damage it).
The sleeves each have a "notch" at the wrist, not sure if that is part of the design of the sweater or if it was torn/ripped. The notches do not seem to be fraying; so I tend to think this was part of the design of the garment.
Also, there are a couple of places where there is not a "hole" but a slight pulling of the stitches that makes a "thin" spot. (See pics.)
The garment is not fragile; but needs to be worn with care to prevent any further pulling or damage.

Pit to pit: 17 inches
Sleeve: Approx. 23 inches
Top of shoulder to waist: Approx. 20 inches
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam in back: 14 inches
