Luminous clusters of layered silver stars and tiny silver & red planets are suspended behind a planetary composition featuring a larger antiqued silver star. A pink swarovsky crystal is nestled in a spiraling silver wire frame for a little extra flash. Although the camera fails to capture the depth and some of the deep glitter; all is encased within 5 layers of clear, glassy resin to achieve a magical 3D effect in all it's celestial glory.
Please keep in mind too, that monitor settings vary, so colors can also be slightly different. I have mine set at 4 notches below the brightest setting when editing my photos. Turn yours up or down a couple notches in each direction and if you still like what you see, we should be fine!
I created this hot pink galaxy spoon pendant within a vintage sterling plate cream soup spoon that measures 2 1/4" from top of bail to end of bowl. The bail is 1/4". This is a nice medium/large size spoon that allowed for great detail and depth.
The silver spoon pendant is suspended on an 18", 2mm sterling silver chain with two silver beads for extra detail. Beads just slide off if you'd prefer a simpler look. I've included photos showing both with and without.
"I'm a Star, You're Not" comes in a presentation gift box along with a detailed Spoonfest Jewelry story card.
