This listing is for a set of 6 unscented felted wool dryer balls made of 100% wool, each measuring aprox. 9" in circumference. They have been felted 3 times to prevent unraveling. They are made with only wool. No plastic balls or other yarn on the inside.
Other colors are available upon request. Please convo me or put in the message to seller any special requests!
They are safe for children and pets to play with.
These dryer balls should last a long time. I recommend using at least 4. The more you use the quicker your clothes will dry.
I use 100% wool yarn which is felted three times over so that they won’t unravel. They will pill after a while. If it bothers you then they can be shaved off or picked off. It’s up to you.
They are very different from the plastic PVC ones you can buy at many local superstores. No harmful plastics.
They make less noise than the plastic balls. And if you have your dryer in your Kitchen ( Mine is) will really appreciate this.
The colored balls will not stain or dye your whites. They are color fast.
Simple. Pure. Easy!
Add a soft scent to your clothes by adding a few drops of your favorite essential oil to each ball before starting your dryer load.
Wool is a highly absorbent fiber and also attracts static. It likes to suck in water, so it draws the moisture out of your dry clothes. The balls also help separate the clothing for better air circulation, thus faster drying time. Finally, the little natural, wooly barbs help to gently soften your clothing without chemicals as they tumble about in your laundry.
Our dryer balls are unscented for those with sensitivities, but you can add a couple drops of essential oil (we suggest lavender, tea tree, or sweet orange) to the outside of the ball prior to tumbling to add a light scent to your laundry. The scent will not last on the balls, so reapplication will be necessary.
