This full sized hand painted dining chair features a whimsical ribbons n' bows theme, with a charming trompe l'oeil tufted cushion on the seat. The festoon of colorful ribbons form a cheerful bow at the top of the chair before cascading down to wind around the supports and back slats in loops and curls. The lavender cushion is painted with realistic attention to detail--you may think it's a real pillow! The color scheme is a delightful mix of vibrant pastels: aqua, pale green, lavender, butter yellow, and lipstick pink, with gilt accents on the legs. This chair--forevermore named the "Lulu" model--was painted especially for a young girl (can you guess her name?), and is intended to see her through childhood and beyond. Using all non-toxic paints and sealers, it's perfect as a dining chair, a desk chair, or a wonderful accent piece. Dimensions are (WxDxH) 17x15x35.
