We can replace the strawberry marshmallow with Vanilla (White), Raspberry (Dark Pink), Chocolate (Light Brown) or Lemon (Yellow) flavor marshmallow. **Does contain milk, eggs and flour -- this is not a vegan or gluten free dessert due to the brownie base. We do use a kosher gelatin Kolatin. Kolatin real kosher gelatin is actually good for you – it’s natural, low calorie, carb-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, cholesterol-free, and low sodium. Kolatin real kosher gelatin eliminates the need for eggs in many recipes and is a good source of protein and amino acids. The gelatin is slightly more expensive than the store brought brands but definitely well worth it.
