- It is available to start at any month during 2013 - 2015.
- The year on the cover will reflect the year/years of the planner ordered.
We have many different varieties of planners, so please make sure you are ordering the correct version for yourself (Regular Planner, Wedding Planner, Meal Planner, Fitness Planner, Teacher Planner, or Student Planner).
ORDERING PROCESS:
When placing your order, please complete the following steps:
1. Select the following information from the drop down menus above the "Add to Cart" button:
- Weekly Spread Option (Option 1 or Option 2 - can be seen in 2nd photo of this listing).
- Month you would like your planner to start in. If your month choice is not listed here, please choose "Other - Add to Notes" and add your start month to the notes section of the order.
(If the drop down menus are not available for you, please specify these details in the notes section of your order along with your name on the planner.)
2. Please specify the name you would like to appear on your cover in the notes section of your order before completing your purchase.
PERSONALIZING PROCESS:
The name on your planner will be written in the same style that is on the sample planner of your purchase. If the name is in all lowercase on the sample, we will write your name in all lowercase for your cover. If you would like the name to be written in a different style than the sample, please specify this in the notes section of the order and show us the exact way you would like it written.
NOTES EXAMPLE: "Please write the name in all capital letters: SARAH JEAN" or "Please capitalize only the first letter of each name: Sarah Jean"
IMPORTANT - Your order MUST INCLUDE an explanation along with the sample of how the name is written in order to be changed to that style.
If your notes just say "Sarah Jean" without an explanation like the above example, it will be written out just like the planner cover sample. Therefore, if the sample is in all lowercase, the name on the planner will read "sarah jean". If the sample shows all capital letters, the name on the planner would read "SARAH JEAN". If you would like the name different than the sample, you must include an explanation along with the exact way you would like it written.
ADDITIONAL MONTHS:
16 month planners are an additional $5.
Any other additional months are available for $2 per month.

When adding months to your planner, please keep the following in mind:
-- A 12 month planner starting in June does not run from JUNE 2013 - JUNE 2014. **It runs from JUNE 1, 2013 - MAY 31, 2014.**
-- If you add 6 additional months to your June planner, the extra months will start from JUNE 1, 2014 (NOT JULY 1, 2014). This will make your planner run from June 1, 2013 - November 30, 2014 (NOT DECEMBER 31, 2014). Please keep this in mind when counting the amount of additional months you would like for your planner.
Our standard 12 month planners are about .65 inches thick. A 15 month or larger planner will have a thicker spiral binding coil along with the additional pages and tabs. The longest planner that our binding coils can accommodate is 22 months. This will be about 1.4 inches thick.

Due to the customization of each planner, we are not able to cancel any orders once the order is placed.
