My jewelry is made of silver or gold plated chains, rings and earring posts. Plated is when a base metal has a thin layer of gold or silver applied over it. This means that over time jewelry hardware may tarnish. To keep your chains, rings and posts long lasting keep away from liquids, sprays and moisture. Most of our charms are made from plastic and printed or hand painted. While I spray each piece with several layers of acrylic they are NOT water proof. Designs will distort and smear with liquids. Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, while swimming or doing (rings, bracelets) dishes. Store your lovely pieces from HelloAmor in a cool dry place, such as the box or bag you received it in.

Rings are packaged inside a kraft jewelry box to ensure safe arrival. All envelopes are lined with bubble wrap.
Please make sure the address you entered on Paypal or the address on your Paypal account is correct and up to date. Shipping labels are printed via Paypal and you will receive a tracking confirmation number.
Inform me with in 24hours if you need your package shipped to a different address.
I try my best to mail packages within 2 business days however some packages may take 3-5 business days to process and ship.
