Processing time for orders varies from **2 days to 2 weeks**. This changes all the time depending on availability of finished pieces and number of open orders. Sometimes I have finished pieces available, but most of the time items are **made to order**.

Please note that I'm shipping from Europe (Slovenia). If the item is needed by a certain date, shipping times, possible delays as well as processing time need to be taken into account.
-----CARE AND HANDLING-----
Baked polymer clay is a solid material, but not as hard and resistant as for example metal and plastic, especially any thiner parts pendants may have. I've never had a piece break by dropping it to the floor, but to illustrate, a person could probably break thiner parts with their hands' strenght if so attempted. So careful handling is advised.

If you would like a variation of any of my designs please contact me before making a purchase. As this recquires additional work the price will be a bit higher. Unfortunately I'm not always able to take custom orders due to time restraints, but feel free to contact me to discuss options.
