The chart hangs 6 inches from the floor and measures to 6' 6".
There are two sturdy keyhole slots routed in the back, one high for hanging to the correct height and one low for stability (so it won't swing like a pendulum). Hanging instructions and screws are provided.
Heights can be marked on the surface with a Sharpie finepoint marker to record your children or grandchildren's heights, or just hang it because it looks nice! It can be taken with you when you move.
