1. Peel the clear cover and press tattoo face down firmly, onto dry, clean surface. (free of oil & makeup)
2. Press down wet cloth/paper towel against the back of the tattoo to wet it thoroughly.
3. Wait at least 30 seconds(DO NOT HURRY) and peel off the paper backing.
Remove any time with baby oil / alcohol / packing tape.
