Gorgeous navy dress by Miss Brooks, very worthy of a cocktail party. The skirt is really something and falls wonderfully into a draped hem. Fitted through the waist and hips, zips up the back. Rose is sewn onto the bust, dress is lined and bodice features camisole straps and a bra-like back with hooks to secure. Such a great dress, fabric is silk. Please check measurements for best measurements for best fit.
