Flower belt not included. Dress ships approximately 8-12 weeks after the order is placed. Please email your measurements once you check out. I will need your bust size (cup and measurement), under your bust, your waist (around the belly button), your height, and where you would like your dress to fall from your belly button to the floor with the shoes you'll be wearing.
