A childhood & camp fire favorite with a twist!
Here, I’ve taken all of the elements of the s’more, including graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow, to create a decadent adult version in this cookie truffle. The flavor factor is amplified when spiked marshmallow fondant are used to form the most perfect pillowy soft filling. All of this wonderfulness is then dipped in a delicious milk chocolate candy coating shell.

♣So you may be asking “what is a filled cake truffle?”
The answer: A cake truffle is a hand rolled cake ball that has been made super luscious and decadent with a candy or chocolate liqueur-laced filling in the middle. I refer to these little masterpieces as “couture” because they take the concept of the standard cake ball up about 1,000 percent!

• Size: 1 ½” each (about the size of a golf ball)
• Color: Crunchy golden brown cookie truffle covered in milk chocolate candy shell coating and
decorative drizzle, sprinkles, and more!,
• Amount: 1 dozen (12 cake balls/filled cake truffles),
• Ingredients: Filled cake truffles are made from the finest ingredients and spirits available,
• Appearance: Each filled cake truffle is hand rolled, therefore they’re not all perfectly round but are all roughly the same size,
