Each black scallop cut chipboard measures 4"x5" and has cream color letters affixed on top. Words measure 37" across and has approximately 15" of extra ribbon on each end for hanging. Can be hung with tape, tied, or tacked. Ends of ribbon have been treated to prevent unraveling.
