Handmade Button Bouquet in a Vintage Flower Embellished Salt Shaker

This button bouquet would be a lovely little accent in your home, studio or office. It resides in a little hand painted salt shaker that is vintage and was made in Japan. It is beautifully hand painted porcelain and the front has a cluster of sweet little flowers in shades of reddish-orange, blue, lavender, yellow, green, black and brown. So charming!

The button bouquet it holds is handmade to match using vintage buttons, several with unusual carved and flower shapes. There are thirteen blossoms in all, each with three stacked buttons which have been wired together, not glued, so you could take them apart and reuse the 39 buttons if you wish. The stems are wrapped with green florist tape and sport green leaves.

Measuring 5.25 inches tall including the bouquet, this salt shaker is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. It is marked "Japan" at the bottom and no longer has a cork stopper.
