The pillow cover measures 16"x19". The actual borders for the pillow are 16"x16" (there is a 1.5" hem on both sides, so it would most likely fit a 15" square pillow well. The fabric on the back of the pillow is slightly overlapped (see photo 3), so you can slip a pillow in easily!
I did not notice until I sat down to list this item that there are two small spots in the center of the front of the pillow (you can see them in photo 4). There is also a small hole next to the larger spot. I don't think any of this would be very noticeable with a pillow inside of the sham. Please feel free to contact me with questions!
