Welded Metal Tree Sculpture

This welded metal tree sculpture was done entirely free hand. Each piece of the tree's branch structure and root system were formed by hand to achieve the natural look I was aiming for. Once it was welded the tree was primed and then painted with multiple coats of a deep metallic bronze (brown) and then a layer of clear coat was added to ensure it remains as beautiful as it is today.

This welded metal tree sculpture measures 18 inches tall, 19.5 inches wide and is 11inches deep.

While it was not built as one, It can be used as a jewelry tree if you desire.

Please note, the last picture in the group is the tree prior to painting.
