2. What word(s) you'd like embroidered onto the patch (up to 8 characters maximum, please).
3. Would you like the wording to be embroidered in print or cursive lettering?
4. Whether or not you'd like a string attached to make the patch look like a tea bag.

*Please allow 1-2 weeks for your cozy to be completed and in the mail from your date of purchase.
