Ready made items will be shipped within 1 working day after we receive cleared payment (including Saturdays and Sundays) by Standard Airmail Service that will take about 3-4 weeks to the US and Canada, 2-3 weeks to Europe and Australia.
Sometimes, there are delays/held ups at custom; bad weather conditions, festive seasons may take longer, up to 5 weeks. You can track your package delivery by a number provided by us.

REFUND
