Cold Process Soap V/S Hot Process Soap? What's the difference?
There are benefits and pitfalls to both processes....
-Cold process makes beautiful swirls, designs, color, and is a hard, long lasting bar with a thick lather. I have been making CP Soaps for over 10 years, and feel I have pushed the limits on design and scent...These soaps are cured for up to 6 weeks before being offered in our shop.
-Hot process soap goes through the extra step of being cooked to evaporate water, finish the saponification process and makes a hard bar with thick, super sudsy lathers. The soap also holds it's scent better with less essential oil, because it's put in at the end after all the heat and chemistry have happened...
Hot Process bars are a whopping 5-5.5 oz.
Made right here in our soap room, Mike and I handcraft soap perfect to nourish and pamper your mind, body, AND soul. Our artisan bars are not only beautiful to look at and smell, but they clean an nourish your skin naturally!
Contains only: Saponified Olive oil, Coconut Oil, and Soybean Oil. Essential Oils for scent. Herbs, Spices, Earth Pigments, and Vegetable Powders for color and/or texture.
We are committed to our products reaching you looking as if you picked it up at the corner boutique...
