This is an original design, limited edition (third of three) hand-cut papercutting of a French Bulldog. I designed this papercutting portrait from a photo I took of a french bulldog that I met at a dog show, and I cut it by hand with an x-acto knife.
This piece is matted to 8"x10". The double mat is cream and dark green, the cutting itself is done in a white cold-press watercolor paper, and the background behind the cutting is a mix of weathered blues, greens, and grays. (The thrid and fourth pictures above are alternate color schemes for the background paper).
