DESCRIPTION: Vintage metal tape measure wound inside a plastic disc from The National State Bank of Newark. Not sure if the bank was in N.J. or Delaware. This was an advertising premium given away to customers back in the day. Tied with a great piece of red retro ribbon at the top. Beautiful vintage piece, however, the tape measure is stuck in its current position. I didn't want to force it to come out or to go back inside the plastic disc for fear of breaking it.
