My off the shoulder sweatshirts are meant to be worn big and off-the-shoulder. I recommend ordering up a size to achieve the FD look. Size medium is the smallest I make my sweatshirts in.
For sizing purposes, I am wearing a Large in the example photos. I am 5'5", 117 lbs, D-cup.
