Recently I decided to take on "Brenda Swenson's 75 Day Sketch Challenge" in which a participant draws one sketch per day for 75 days using only ink ... NO pencils or erasers allowed! Today was my twentieth day and I chose a photo of one of our, long ago departed, pets. Prior to this challenge I have never before sketched without first making pre-drawings in pencil with lots of erasures to be sure that proportions are close to what they should be. Drawing animals has never been easy for me but never the less, I decided I would try ... the result is this sketch that I really like! The lesson I learned? You never truly know what you are capable of doing until you really try.....

Day Twenty's Ink Sketch is titled "My Girl".

The print is made on an ink jet printer using 140 pound weight white acid free card stock, size 2.5"x3.5", and has been sealed with laminate spray. On the reverse side of the print I have denoted this as an authorized ACEO art print, included the title of the work, the date the illustration was completed, and my signature.

Your print will be delivered to you in its own clear plastic sleeve. Your package will also be reinforced to prevent damage during shipment.

The original drawing is protected by federal copyright laws. Please do not copy the original drawing or its print copy. All rights are reserved by the artist and may not be reproduced.
