I guess I've started appreciating the beauty of amber tones. Perhaps this is the result of these shorter, cloudy, rainy days here in Seattle. I've held this image of a sun drifting over a desert floor for a while. And I'm happy to share this completed panel. I love how it turned out! But maybe you see something different when you look at it. It's certainly not set in stone.
You'll find a range of a dozen or so different amber colors and textures of glass - all extending outwardly from the center roundel. It measures 24 1/4" h by 13" wide and is framed in a 1/2" zinc border. Two hooks in the upper corners make this panel easy to hang in your favorite window.
