This is a fairly large acrylic painting, done on canvas and then varnished. The painting is of two elephants under the bright African moonlight - their silhouettes (and that of the tree) standing out against the blues of the evening sky. I have used a palette knife to do the sky to give the painting texture and a swirly effect. The paint protudes thickly off the canvas. Would make a great gift for elephant lovers and it comes signed on front and back. Canvas panel comes with slots in the back - ideal for hanging on the wall.
